Small mypreemie app - grahams foundation

The MyPreemie app is a complete resource for the unique practical and emotional needs of families of preemies. MyPreemie offers amazingly comprehensive information in a “Pocket Guide to Preemies” that will turn your mobile device into a compact guide to prematurity. With each topic come suggested questions to ask the doctor or nurse so you can understand what’s happening with your own baby. Special preemie growth charts show whether your baby’s growth is on track. Convenient To-Do and To-Ask lists keep you organized. And a beautiful diary is focused on the events and feelings, ups and downs, that go along with a premature birth. Learn more at http://grahamsfoundation.org/resources/the-mypreemie-app.
